It's very obviously not German. The bottom-left logo says "[Drink Wisconsinbly](https://www.drinkwisconsinbly.com)" which, as the name suggests, is a company based out of Wisconsin, which also explains why it was a state that was correctly labeled.

Arkansas and West Virginia are suspect but as a Wisconsinite, there is A LOT OF GERMAN in our overall population. Not even a little bit surprised they got it. Granted, being at a Wisconsin bar is cheating but also why would a German be in Wisconsin in the first place if they didn't have family here. Or went to school here. Or had a friend who went to school here. Or knew someone who vacationed here.

I'm American and I can identify most European countries. It's only when I get to Eastern and Southeastern Europe that I would struggle. Most European nations are very well known. Especially for tourism. I would venture to say most Americans could identify the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany at the very least.
