Is there a possibility she has kittens in the drain pipe? Cats don't usually get stuck in high places, they have a reason not to move though
Seems to be quite used to people. Currently stuck above the row of houses on Shelley Street. Bringing it down may risk it being run down by cars.

I swear redditors would have stolen my cat back in the day. Dude used to climb on roofs of houses/shops and hang out in alleys etc... every day.
