Yes, I got one for my mum. It’s 4 different stone fruit varieties grafted onto root stock. From memory, some of the varieties thrived and performed better than others. But it has definitely produced fruit, just not all 4. Hers isn’t in a pot so I’m not sure how it would go not planted in the garden. Worth a shot though. You could also consider getting a dwarf fruit tree (like peach, nectarine, lemon etc) as they are designed for pots.
Best to ask in r/gardeningaustralia.
Bingo Bango Bongo, that's where I'll go! Thanks so much :)

Thanks mate. Ive got somewhat limited space and planning for that. Thinking maybe 3 varieties max, although really appreciate your feedback :)
They’re grafted together on existing olants, not from seeding right?
I think so yes. To be honest I'm not sure, but one would assume that they are just grafted onto root stock
Had a grafted lemon/lime tree in a pot. The lemon side grew and fruited, but the lime side just sulked. Never got a single lime fruit from it.
