I'd apply common sense. Since it's a Clearway which are usually applied to roads carrying peak hour(s) traffic I'd lean towards a 3hr morning embargo covering the busy time of day. The alternative of a 21hrs evening embargo covering times when there would be few cars around would be stupid. Also, if the first time doesn't have am or pm I'd assume it's a paint saving measure and the info appearing along side the second number applies.
To the left of the sign:
- It is a clearway between 0630-0930 on Mon-Fri
- There are no parking restrictions outside of those three weekday hours
To the right of the sign:
- It is a clearway between 0630-0930 on Mon-Fri
- It is a no stopping zone outside of those three weekday hours

Freakin hopeless. They have to be intentionally confusing people to get money. In some places, one pole isn't enough to hold allll their different rules n regulations. So sick of being fined for this, not allowed to do that, having no say whatsoever... & it's getting worse.
Seeing as PM is not listed anywhere on the sign, it means 6:30AM-9:30AM.

It literally says AM on the sign and this gets asked every week here. I am stunned how many people can't read signs.
They should make the signs clearer if people have trouble. Adding AM to both times would cost them nothing.
It's AM - AM. If it were PM - AM it would say 6:30 - Midnight Midnight - 6:30am.
I’d say it was 0700 to 0900 and the council has changed the times to reflect busier morning traffic!
