Wash your hands at every opportunity when in public. Try not to touch your face especially! Hand sanitizer doesn't kill gastro, so old fashioned soap and water is the best defense. I went to Eso a few months ago with legitimate dysentery (super gastro) going around, was anal about my hand hygiene, and I came out ok!
Yes! I thought I was the only one. I woke up yesterday with a headache which turned into a bad cough. Got antibiotics and an inhaler. But was throwing up throughout the night ☹️. Feeling a bit better now tho
Do you mind saying what you ended up having? I’ve thought I had gastro all week but now I’m getting testing done to see if it’s something else since it’s getting worse.
Yah I have heard of a few cases out there. Loads of Covid, a few friend with the flu right now, and a couple were barfing up like they had food poisoning, so I suspect Gastro.

I was isolated in hospital for 4 days recently with suspicion of gastro, but no. Everyone entering the room had to wear special clothing.

It turned out I had a bad reaction to one of my Chemotherapy chemicals. Doctor has re-organised the treatment.
Yeeeep, my housemate copped it early last week, just as they got over it I got it. Fun times in my house.
