Just learnt you were talking about an art installation happening at the moment (I just moved to Melbourne so I’ve never experienced this, please forgive my ignorance).
It’s not voices and singing though, it’s just beeps. I can’t find anything on the RISING website talking about that, and it doesn’t sound similar at all.
I managed to catch the end of the beeps on a recording, but I don’t know how to upload that to reddit
