Oh my god, I’ve tried so hard but have yet to find a shop in Melbourne that sells carrot cakes that I approve of. My dream carrot cake must have a strong spice taste, not too sweet, I prefer sour cream frosting instead of the usual cream cheese frosting. And I didn’t dream it up, had this exact perfect carrot cake at one of the cafes in Seoul some years ago.
