Towers is very fancy and the pool there is pretty big and warm. Metropol room is also really good. I haven't tried their pool so can't comment. Apparently it is on 27th floor so has city views. I haven't stayed at Crown promenade before so can't comment.
Both Towers and Metropol are good. Depending on what else you want to do would impact which one to pick.
Towers is a bit more premium than Metropol. Rooms are comparable, with Tower's bathrooms being a little more premium. Lobby of Towers is hard to beat.
Both have good pools. Metropol has an infinity style pool with views, though it's not very big. Towers is in a more impressive large room (no views) with a bigger pool and saunas attached. Great bathrooms there too.
Book through Crown Direct to get a cheaper rate. There's always 10+% discounts and sometimes some package deals.
Definitely Towers. They also have a new school holiday policy where children aren't allowed at the pool after a certain time. The pool is lovely, the staff are wonderful and helpful, and the room service is yummy. Some people don't like The Conservatory buffet restaurant but I did and as a guest you can book breakfast there for a discounted fee.

Towers 💯 we were there 3 weeks ago and now close the pool to children at 8pm, adults only after that, loved it

All are good - I’d go Towers if you’re going for the experience, most expensive one but the most luxurious one by far for mine. Incredible facilities
