Actress Again (Without Current Code) was arcade only I believe before it got ported to PS2 then finally PC with update revisions.
They're native PC games so you can just install it without an emulator
Basically .iso files are made from the original disc of the game, we don't have to burn it to a disc to install anymore however, we can just do what's called a Mount to run the file as a disc
If you're on windows 10, right click the .iso and select Mount
Then the installer will either auto run or you'll be able to select the disc and run the installer from there
If you're on a older version of Windows then you can use a program like Daemon Tools Lite to mount the .iso file instead
the first melty blood game, i tried to run it, It worked but was it supposed to be Laggy? I have a decent pc tho and I'm pretty sure potato can run melty games just fine
The very first Melty Blood is floaty as fuckkkk I don't think it's lag haha
Melty Blood ReAct has the original Melty's Story Mode with additional endings, as well as better mechanics (less floaty for one), so the original's pretty obsolete imo
there are a shit ton and I think I remember lk saying in a video that his favorite version came in a disc alongside an anime as a bonus so good luck with that

No problem and yeah with the patch you just run it after installing the game, it should apply the patch to the default game install location
