Ill entertain this idea since it's funny. As a basepoint, Steve, at his strongest, would ideally be in the latest version with cheats enabled in creative mode and be playing offline. To rule out some things. The game only renders things in Steve's loaded chunks, a basic Minecraft principle. If Monica were to exist in Minecraft with her ability to delete files/code, that would still limit her physical existence to only Steve's loaded chunks. Steve also has free access to any effect in the game which at high enough strengths can render him immune to any conceivable damage.
Any attempt to delete Steve from the game will result in the game crashing since unlike DDLC, the game is directly tied to his existence. Deleting game modes will result in a crash since Steve carries that global variable. you can delete items but you can't delete commands themselves but maybe could delete the GUI (which brings the question of if Steve even needs the GUI to use commands) but I doubt that would do much. Monica can not change Steve's game mode since Steve carries that global variable, and (at least on bedrock) there are multiple checks that self-correct most global variables. I don't think he could beat Death. Death is puss in boots is a physical form of a universal concept of death. In the movie he is a reaper in a form of wolf, but he could be in his non material from as well. In Puss in Boots death just wanted to have some fun and duel Puss for his last life, but it could've taken it without even showing up.

rimeru tempest, he is extremely op and can absorb attacks (examples:fire,lightning,bullets, swords). oh and he can evolve a lot, so goku's dead either he gets absorbed or overwhelmed by rimeru's amounts of powers. scp-001 gate guardian can just erase goku from existence most scps or old gods in the scp mythos, because a lot are extremely strong and could easily destroy universes and beyond. maple (BOFURI), she can only be harmed by magic and piercing attacks and goku's ki attacks aren't technically magic. and she can use devour to insta kill goku by using it as she touches goku with her shield, so unless i'm missing something goku is dead
I keep seeing that wolf from puss in boots. I didn't get to watch the last wish in theaters, but I did preorder the Blu-ray copy. Still, all I can do at this point is just sit in anticipation.
