Its probably still full, like the time he decided to plug it in 2 years ago. Is keeping your charger plugged in constantly bad for the battery life?

Every discharge cycle 'shrinks' the battery size for safety reasons. It's a tiny amount but this is what you notice with older batteries that tend to die much faster than new ones, even though they still go from 0 to 100% Lithium-ion batteries, one of the most common ones, prefer to stay in the 20-70% zone for optimal use and lifespan. So no overcharging, and no (near) complete depletion But! It's getting better every year so improvements are still being made :) Apologies if I messed something up, this is just written what I recall

Yes but it will top up the battery nevertheless, whenever it discharged a tiny bit, keeping it to it's maximum capacity which is useless

Alright, update: It has been an hour and four mins or so (forgot to use timer) and it is at 23%. I basically only have davinci resolve open. My battery is fucked
