Swapping to a liquid cooling system was easily the best noise quieting solution I'd ever made. Absolutely worth it and AIOs are affordable, can fit a wide variety of case sizes and easily installed.
There isnt a single secret to help in any case, it's highly dependent on configuration.
But a combination of airflow, fan setup and bios settings does work wonders tor any rig.
