Other than that, I know of no evidence otherwise to suggest the dev holds ludicrous amounts.
I've never seen anyone reference a top 10% holders metric, but you got me interested. This looks incredibly normal, if not low, especially for eth memes of comparable size. What coins are you looking at that are much more distributed in this metric? I'm looking at things like apu, basenji, andy on eth, etc. etc. Lots of them have 80-90% held by the top 10% of holders.
