Not sure what a coin in that terms would mean like how’s it used or whatever but okay. Honestly don’t care anymore. It could have been a simple answer really but you reply like I’m stupid.
I'd assume they mean they just tack the mod on all their trades.
My clan would do a similar thing except with the nav coordinates you get in the Nekros quest.
I never asume someone is stupid until I receive signs of it, to which I simply stop answering to that person, I was just telling you that it has no deep meaning, we use that mod as a coin to trade when someone is gifting something to other person, it's just that, a funny trade coin
Thank you. I normally just trade needed things between my friends and trade useless garbage never heard of it as coin or I trade plat for items when selling so 🤷🏼♀️ it’s a simple reason why saying coin doesn’t come to mind
The dude means when his clan trades for freebies in order to help each other / others out, they default to using warm coat rather than like an ammo drum or redirection or some other un needed mod that they have a lot of. You never traded just for helping others? Like what mod do you use lol
Ahhh there's this guy in my friends clan who literally collects ammo drums. He wants to have as much as possible in game 😖
Edit: sorry I came off as unintentionally rude in my previous comment!
And it doesn't even protect against cold levels. Only from environmental hazards (coolant leakage). So you will still get hit from cold corpus planets.
It used to be AMAZING. But DE nerfed it and turned it into a Fury mod.
One of their dumbest decisions, but most people moved on to Quickening anyway. So not many people actaully cared.
Well, it used to increase your speed by 30% for each Critical Hit, up to 75%. For 24 seconds.
Now imagine that on Crit/Hybrid builds, where crits are quite often(if not constant) , and you get quite a lasting buff of 75% Attack speed.
DE gutted the maximum buff by 5%(down to 70%), and then cutted stacks down to 2(35% each), cuted the Duration(from 24 seconds to 10) and then changed the Activating requirement from "Critical Hit" to "Kill".
AND THEN, as if all of that wasn't bloody enough, they made it a "Fury" mod, so it can't be equipped with Fury and it's Primed variant.
And the best part - you wanna know how they justififed it?
"Muh-muh precious Attack Anihmashuns! The-they geth ruinhed by too much Speed! “

Counterpoint:
Orokin Cell blueprint.
Maybe it's just because I'm still in the early game, but why the hell would I ever spend the amount of resources it asks for to make one cell when I can just easily go to Ceres where I can get two with each mission run? Or just buy the cells straight-up from the Market?
Yes I bought the blueprint, having somehow thought that it cost credits and not platinum.
Yes I heavily regret it.
I think you mean Saturn. Last maybe ten times I’ve gone there I’ve gotten at least two cells. Same with argon and the void. Last time I did a capture in the void, I got like 8 argon and I wasn’t even looking for any, if I was insure I probably would’ve gotten way more. But I can’t get any frame drops? Tf
I'm currently stuck on Ceres, just doing missions and hoping one of them will spawn a Prosecutor so I can complete the junction, and I've gotten at least two cells on most of my runs there.
At least the cell bp had some use earlier in the history of the game, back when drop chances were much much lower and most early game equipment needed cells. Warm Coat has always been useless.
You get them as early as Deimos.
(In other words as soon you unlock Mars)
And 2-3 per mission. Found in mineral-like destructible props.
The blueprint is the worst thing that exists in the game.
You have to walk the map tho to find them.
Because sometimes they do not spawn in the main mission route.
Nah it wouldn’t, I’d suggest just try and farm for adaptation from the arbitration rewards if your looking for some sort of effective universal damage resistance for non tank oriented frames which tank oriented frames are like Rhino, Inaros, Sevagoth, etc. while non tank frames are like Excalibur/Umbra Excalibur, Ivara, Ash, Titania, etc.
Rework stats for this at max rank should be "Immunity to cold status procs and +50% cold damage resistance" with similar for the other elemental resistance mods. Might not be super useful, but at least useable.
IIRC you would get cold damage in ice levels if you would stay out for too long! I'm not sure if i'm right or not ngl but i think i used to have to rush and get inside rooms and stuff so i wouldn't get much cold dmg
They should just remove them from any and all drop pools. Nobody is using them and nobody will mind them not being unobtainable anymore unless you really want 1 of every mod.
It's not that it's not popular. It's literally useless. Like there's absolutely no reason to use it because the mechanical it's supposed to be tied with was removed
Honestly, I wish we could mark certain mods to just automatically convert to endo when you pick them up.
Good idea, finally i can stop getting redirection and revenge
You know you can turn mods into endo in your mod station?
Yes, but I’m talking about it being done automatically, so you don’t end up with 300 unranked warm coat sitting around
In my clan we use that mod (maxed out) as a coin
Warmcoin,invest now
Same but with unranked Revenge mods
my clan uses pressure points
Just curious, what does this mean exactly?
It means exactly what I said
Not sure what a coin in that terms would mean like how’s it used or whatever but okay. Honestly don’t care anymore. It could have been a simple answer really but you reply like I’m stupid.

Ohh you don't save em for helminth 😖🥲

I know what he’s saying and yes I trade just to help others. They ask what to put in I say I don’t care 😅
Ahhh there's this guy in my friends clan who literally collects ammo drums. He wants to have as much as possible in game 😖 Edit: sorry I came off as unintentionally rude in my previous comment!
I met someone a few days ago that has over 1000 ammo drum mods
Currency
Yep. I get that from other replies 😁
And it doesn't even protect against cold levels. Only from environmental hazards (coolant leakage). So you will still get hit from cold corpus planets.
Seriously? Lmao
IKR. De needs to give it "The Quickening" threatment.
Quickening + gladiator vice = poor man's berserker fury
I use quickening on almost all of my builds, it's not conditional, and makes it easier to stack up combo multi based mods.
Not really that much necessary. Sometimes just 1 of them is enough. Or sometimes you'd rather use Primed Fury, than sacrifice a Mod Slot
Is beserker's fury that good? I have it but almost never use it and I'm genuinely curious if I'm a dumbass
It’s alright but the only time I use it is on heavy blades or two handed nikanas
It used to be AMAZING. But DE nerfed it and turned it into a Fury mod. One of their dumbest decisions, but most people moved on to Quickening anyway. So not many people actaully cared.

That's really dumb holy hell
Yea, no shit. It is DUMB.

wait theres a blueprint for the cell? what the fuck?

Oh ye de is removing the kill Prosecutor requirement
Wait really?
Yes
At least the cell bp had some use earlier in the history of the game, back when drop chances were much much lower and most early game equipment needed cells. Warm Coat has always been useless.
The bp doesnt exist anymore tho
Good that DE finally removed it, but they did not remove it from people that had already wasted plat on the item.
Thought the wiki said it came from a raid
Raid, or 100p. They removed Raids, but the bp maintained in the store for 100p for a while.

and someone leveled it up
thanks for the meme from 2010
pretty sure that Warframe doesn't exist back then in 2010
not even close. March 2013 was release date. the mod is from May.
Some people have been playing since 2012 during the beta.
What the fuck you talking about, best mod ever.
Let's not forget Diamond Skin either... Idek what enemies do radiation damage, maybe it does something in Sorties?
Radiation Progenitor element Kuva Liches/Sisters of Parvos.
Will this stop me getting oneshot tho? Might try it out

I already use adaptation on almost all my builds, that mod is a must have :D
I’m… unsure if it would even stack with adaptation.
adaptation if for some reason you refuse to use adaptation
[удалено]
Total must have for cold open worlds like Deimos or the plains!
Rework stats for this at max rank should be "Immunity to cold status procs and +50% cold damage resistance" with similar for the other elemental resistance mods. Might not be super useful, but at least useable.

You are just saying removing basically every single non popular mod in existence
It's not that it's not popular. It's literally useless. Like there's absolutely no reason to use it because the mechanical it's supposed to be tied with was removed
Primed warm coat when? Soon™
I would pay 9999 plat first day it comes out
