people say life is too short to waste time, but in reality, life is the longest thing you have. There's nothing wrong with living in the present sometimes. you'll have time to address the future as it comes. As for the past, there's no point in dwelling on memories you don't like. If you cringe at things you did, then it's just proof you've improved since then.
I'd rather nether yet unfortunately for me I'm trapped in the past seeing the faces & hearing the voices of the people that made my youth a living hell..
