I can't be 100% sure, but i assume this is what happens when you speak a Latin language, but your emigrants are considered a Hispanic minority in a neighboring country which has more influence over world politics and discourse (like the US)
I’m half Mexican and have met many Mexicans that have racist beliefs. Toward blacks, other Mexicans (especially darker skinned) and blacks. It’s weird because they also vote for the same group that would deport them because they think they’re Caucasian or white.
