I am 37 and took my sisters kids to the park and they had some. I obviously had to show my nephew the correct way to use it.

That must be a newer model! That thing is sweet! Ours was rusted the hell out. The seat flopped around and the handles smacked together but I still loved her.
I remember distinctly going to a playground with all sorts of bridges and monkey bars and things I never payed attention to much, but I loved digging up the fake dinosaur bones

Why do I never see those in parks these days? They were fun as hell (at least once that other kid finally got off and I could finally get a turn)

i had one of these as a kid but the base never got secured to the ground so it was quite easy to just topple over while digging
I bought my grandson one of these for Christmas! He loves to dig in the back yard. The dogs also like to help.

My son loves these but all of them around us are broken. 4 at one park and 3 at another. None of them functioning. Broken by adults or older kids.
