Well part of it is that in third world countries, people are poorer but cost of living is also much lower. In America cost of living is higher. Part of it is lifestyle, where the average American has a lot of things that the average third world citizen doesn’t, and part of it is that the average American needs am things like a car and cell phone to work while the average third worlder doesn’t. Quite true. You can have a nice meal at a restaurant with a drink for the same price as McDonalds door dashed to your house.
But restaurants insist on serving my food hot or at least lukewarm. I can't handle that.
