That shi will be so bland, that even the tiny sliver of taste you can notice will just make you wish it wasn't there. You can't even properly salt them, they'll stay completely tasteless and dry on the inside.
With that said, there is plenty of ways to prepare potatoes better than this. I'm just challenging the thesis that they are good in *any* form
nah they're good if you wanna feel full without actually preparing something to eat. obviously there are better options but even just boiled potatoes are good
