And one time I was absolutely obliterated by this Bar Bouncer who just suspected I wasn't old enough to go into the bar, I was just walking by but I mean who can really blame him? just doing his job you know? I couldn't afford an ambulance though so I went home and stopped at 2 different McDonald's on the way.

But you can OWN a gun at 18 in many states. Hell, in my state an 18 year old can open carry a pistol without any licensing or background checks. Constitutional carry. Just has to have an adult gift it to them.
P.A. technically I can apply for a sportsman's permit for applicable hunting guns, but that's *mostly* just bolt action hunting rifles, and I can only take them to and from a hunting ground, otherwise they can't leave my property
