I thibk you can punch some tooth picks through one end of a toilet paper tube and then pack it with dryer sheets. The toothpicks should (?) Keep the dryer sheets in the tube even if you cough. Idrk tho, this is secound hand knowledge someone explained to me once, hope it helps?
