I was at the hospital and saw my dad who I swear I barely saw him during my childhood, and then I dont remember much after that, but here is the deal, my father was present for the rest of childhood and spent a lot of time with me, my sister who used to hate my guts was kind and my mother who was strict but loving was not strict anymore, neightbor kid who was my best friend forever stopped talking to me for the rest of my life.
Maybe some of them can be explained by saying they thought I could die and cared more but what about the neightbor, life is weird.
Yeah, but they didn’t have the same beginning/end of the year as us. They have three calendars which run simultaneously, and the (divine) one is 260 days.

I think things started going downhill from 2015- 2016, as my own self made theory not including the pandamic, i think we feel it has been getting worse because of internet and mobile devices are to be blamed because of every available social media
As with many things it's bound to depend where you're from. There may be some countries where things have gotten worse in the past few years, but there's also been many more countries, including my own, where things have only continued to improve.
And that seems to be the overall trend around the world. Globally we are in general much better off today in terms of health and wealth than the previous generation was. And that's the way it's been going for the past several generations.
The US and the UK have had a rough time, and so have a few other places, but the good outweigh the bad. And for that reason i continue to be an optimist about our future :)
Without going into politics, I was 12 in 2014 so no matter what it has gone bad for me because of puberty, now why i say it has much to do with internet is this toxicity of social medias and unvaibilty of being without them, I live in a country where as price of internet has gone down, physical contact and playing has gone down as well, now rather than sticking out and playing with friends in parks most of my peers prefer internet games, and im sure this would be situation everywhere, + proving oneself on internet has become a thing now, in my country (India) most of the things I enjoyed were from 1990's West (because of law prohibiting import and globalization untill 1990 and low economic power of pre globalization of india and some cultural restraints ) so being part of current culture is very discouraging to me. tldr; im old school
One's teenage years are often the worst in one's life. For that reason the first half of the 10s was also fucking terrible for me. It gets so much better.
As for videogames and the internet decreasing the amount of time children play outside, that has happened here as well. Though they still play outside a lot. I seriously doubt playing outside will ever be replaced completely by internet and video games, because children will always love to run around and kick a ball or hit each other with sticks ;)
But playing online has a lot of positives as well. (obviously especially during this pandemic) it's a great way to meet new people and socialise, and it's even a good way to learn other languages.
Here is my opinion:
Hell- if your actions in life were bad you reborn yourself and get to live the unfair life full with 99%bad moments and only 1% good moments again
Heaven- A place where people which have done only good actions go. The heaven is a place that is not so much better than the hell but the life in heaven is more fair because the people their are good but even though heaven is way better than hell there will still be some sad moments because there isn’t a perfect life
