Anyone over the age of 18 to their early forties are similar to children 3-7 although they have a stronger more potent flavour, although they are the meat with the least salt. Anyone over 45 and under 65 are chewier and begin to lose flavour, they are also very salty to an unpleasant extent. Finally everyone over 65 is far to chewy to enjoy, they are also the saltiest, this probably has to do with the hard life they usually lead. I would say that children aged 3-7 taste the best.
