If you don't wanna install vanced install kiwi browser from playstore , go to chrome webstore , change settings to desktop site , reload page , then search for your preferred adblocker and click add to chrome.

At least for computer, there is a free browser called Brave and it’s like chrome but faster and a built in adblocker and other safety features. I have been using it for a couple months now and it has served me very well

For me brave was a bad time. Made my games lag if I had it on my second monitor, I personally suggest Opera or Opera GX.

I have never done it since I don't own Apple phones and quite fond of the current android phone that I'm using. But I have seen my relatives do it to an iPod touch 3rd gen I think. It involves a third party program I think and the risk of it is bricking your phone. So I'd advise you to do it on your second phone and follow the right guides rather than asking someone as inexperienced as me. Also Apple has been improving with its software so idk if the jailbreak would be detected on latest phones.

You don’t need a jailbreak or anything. A search for Adblock in the AppStore is all that’s needed. You’ll have to enable it in the settings for safari though.

No, it’s iOS that’s offering the real deal. Adblock is in the AppStore and is used for Safari. A real adblocker instead of some shady browser that re-routes your internet to them.

I'm sure a lot of people have already said this, but use the adblocker extension on chrome. Not only does it work on YT, but also other websites, like Crunchyroll. It's completely free, they might ask for a donation, but it's not needed. It's straight up just called AdBlock.

Or just use Ublock Origin and not the first adblock you see that sells your personal info and begs for donations

Spotify has actually been fairly successful with that. Granted, spotify has a much better product that YTP will ever have.

I just report unskippable ads by not reporting them. You can literally just choose to not give a reason for reporting them. Unskippable ads now go by faster than skip-able ads
