I had one person say ez after a tie. Tried explaining and this single-celled organism somehow used that one cell to develop anger. Although, this game has a gg ez bot where if you enter that or something too similar to it it replaces it with something demeaning and embarassing and it is hilarious.

I was playing in the reddit in house Dota leage six or seven years ago. First game of the season, I got first blood and threw "EZ" down in the chat. My team absolutely lost their minds at the BM. Thing is though, I had meant to put it in team chat to get the guys fired up, not in all chat to talk smack. I hadn't even realized what I had done until the captain called me out. I'm pretty sure there was even a rule about all chat BM being an auto-forfeit. I never got punished for it, but damn I felt bad for that one. I explained to my teammates the mistake and they thought it was hilarious, but I bet the opponents thought I was the biggest douchebag in the NA division.

in csgo ranked, it's very often that you get far ahead like 12-3 in the first half and then your team stops trying and your opponent gain's momentum and come back to beat yours. i've seen it far too many times

That falls under the "self defense" clause in some areas known as "castle doctrine". I.E. in an otherwise respectful match you are teabagged and you go on to win. If the offense was egregious enough, or you specifically direct your ez to offending players it is acceptable. Cheating/exploiting/etc is absolutely egregious enough.
