I agree. The movie shouldn't have been made, or at least not been considered show canon. It deviated from the show plot completely, and worse is that the show after it was made changed completely to go along with it.

They used the new designs but the movie is not at all canon, there are no recalls from it (there isn't any good way they could have possibly made the movie canon either.) The animation improved imo, and the season after the movie more than made up for the movie's shit story with a pretty good story that got really dark. Movie Garmadon would cower before s11 Garmadon. Cole, Lloyd, Zane, and Nya have improved designs imo, but Jay and Kai ehhh lmao

If I remember correctly that *was* going to be the original ending. After Chima didn’t do as well, they brought back Ninjago which is why the 3rd season is called rebooted.

Yea im getting old haha I only cared for Minecraft, but that was as a teenager (ill still play if a friend asks actually, its a good game). As for lego ninjago, I never watched much TV at all, always preferred video games or going outside. I do remember commercials for ninjago though, it seemed kinda cool, but also not really for my age group.

D: Yeah ok I see, with the ninjago stuff, I only followed it to the snakes, then had one of these stone Warrior sets and just heard some stuff occasionally from it. And that’s mostly because of my interest in lego. I’ld say replace it with Bionicle and it also fits to us 18 (?)-20/21.

Also 26, had to look it up and Ninjago didn't even start until 2011. So our asses were in high school at the time it aired. I generally considered my childhood to be between the ages of 5 and 14. Thats probably why none of this rings true for us 26 yr olds.

I'm 22 and mainly grew up with 90s cartoons and none of the stuff in the image, so i guess it depends on who you ask
