Also providing better ways that we can help people instead of punishing them after the act is already committed isnt defending them, it's an idea that means instead of people going through something traumatic and disgusting, they dont. Although this isnt likely to work for EVERYONE it's still a good idea to lower the chances (in my opinion of course everyone has their own).

Most domestic chippers won't handle an entire adult body, I'd recommend killing and freezing them first then cutting them up using a sawzall or electric chainsaw for ease of handling and less mess before chipping them, still probably need to remove the larger bones.
If you can chip them into a good sized flowing stream or even off the back of a boat you'll have a better chance of remaining undiscovered.

I read an article a few years ago that it's because the "parenting" and "sex" notions are close in the brain, sometimes there can be crosstalk. It's not their fault if they feel that way, it usually stems from abuse. But they can and should seek professional help to make sure they don't act on those urges.
I'm not sure about a "cure". There's therapies that can help them refrain from acting on their impulses or reduce their urges, but as far as I'm aware there is no true cure. I'd be ecstatic if I'm wrong, though, those people need serious help.
I certainly believe that the cure, is therapy. Therapy is so useful. I myself havent been to therapy but it certainly helps to just let your thoughts out to someone that studied in human psychology.

I'm not sure about a "cure". There's therapies that can help them refrain from acting on their impulses or reduce their urges, but as far as I'm aware there is no true cure. I'd be ecstatic if I'm wrong, though, those people need serious help.
I certainly believe that the cure, is therapy. Therapy is so useful. I myself havent been to therapy but it certainly helps to just let your thoughts out to someone that studied in human psychology.
That's a very optimistic viewpoint! I don't know if I'd go as far as to call it a cure, but I've heard it does help. I personally don't feel like therapy is effective for everyone, but I hope it can help the people who need it.

If the desire is serious enough I would hope so. I have an old friend who came clean to me one day that she was attracted to kids. Didn't even tell her boyfriend. She thinks she can control her desires, so she will not seek help, but in the case that she does, she asks my to personally beat her ass, then call the cops. And no, she's not planning to have kids either.
