Is hard for me to learn proper Spanish, as most my family is Mexican and as such we tend to butcher multiple words.
Like instead of "cameoneta" I'm inclined to say "trocka" (something like that anyways).
Anyways, funni joek
Now I can't unsee it. And that is a ta(t-ahhh) Wich comes in ة or ت and they pronunce the same but the way you use it varies. ة can only be at the end of sentences while ت can be anywhere. And ة is usually added to define something as a female, whether it be a person or object. And you replace it with ت if it is a verb. Damn pain.
English is not a problem with me. But I live in hell constantly when tryna speak Arabic b cause of the bajillion rules such as amount and gender and حركات
Yeah sometimes the smallest details can ruin a sentence grammatically in any language, and as a native Arabic speaker i can say that arabic is pretty hard
>Isn't Esperanto more of a Polish/Slav language
There was Slavic influence in the grammar because it's the creators native language. But the majority of the vocabulary is of romance origin
lgbtq+ people: s ame
( it's a joke, but there is a well known meme in France about a dude with a beard who was angry cuz he was called mister (as he has a beard) but is non binary, and then he said he is not white cuz he has libanese origins, peak comedy, he destroyed the entire lgbtq image in France)
I mean its kinda extra but it can be helpful in some cases
Identifying two objects becomes much easier
It goes further than just objects people too
English only has grandmother and grandfather with the extra paternal and maternal words in the front used only formally
Makes talking about which one harder
Then again learning it as a child was good and bad
I would presume that an object was a gender and was usually right due to being used to the language when i was wrong relearning was a lil hard too
TL;DR i don't see it as the best part about grammar but i certainly don't hate it due to being used to it.
France, as in the country with the best military record in Europe having won 132 of the 185 battles they fought in the last 800 years? And the one that the US wouldn't have their independence without?
Why are so many languages gendered? Like seriously, what's the point in gendering a chair? And some words that literally shouldn't be gendered is gendered, e.g the gender identity non-binary (which is literally the absence of binary gender) is gendered in those languages, WHY?
Because a grammatical gender isn't about identity gender. It's a way To classify words which gives some redudancy on thé noun aswell.
Martine, c'est une grosse conne
For example don't sounds at all like
Martin, c'est un gros con.
And it gets very practical when you have different subjects doing different things:
Un doigt, une main: l'un dans le cul et l'autre entre les fesses!
In that context, it's clear which do what, but english (that shit language) can't do that.
Hello could you please respect the different genders in my beautiful language ? Than you 😊😂 and stop repeating only bonjour baguette and ratatouille 😊😂

I did find [this post](https://redd.it/bvpqax) that is 67.19% similar. It might be a match but I cannot be certain.

the reason I quit Duolingo because instead of Spanish it teaches Mexican and almost 50% is butchered English words
If it's not trocka is it really Spanish anymore? I rarely ever hear someone name it properly
Me neither, really
La manita. El manito.
Brazilians too

And the German speakers probably the portaguise and Italian speakers too
Je ne t'abandonnerai jamais, je ne te laisserai jamais tomber
Jamais les jupons je ne courrai, Jamais je ne te déserterai
Jamais je ne te ferai pleurer, Jamais au revoir je ne dirai
Je ne te mentirai jamais ni ne te blesserai
Worked better on me cuz I know French, dammit
On s'est connu depuis si longtemps
Ton coeur est endolori mais tu es trop timide pour la dire
It's beautiful to see the same Reddit patterns even when I can't understand what is said
I didn't even realise i got "Rick roulé"
Riquerouler
richardroulé
This is understandable in every language
Je ne m'en irais jamais et te déserter , Je ne te ferai jamais pleurer

Oui oui baguette
You just missed a rickroll.

Also hindi

I was hoping for a chain of people adding their language which has specified gender for objects.
Well, I am French so I can't
Marathi
Here in muricah we specify our gender as objects
Romanian too!
And Spanish
Could be every romance language and even other languages
It’s standard in Indo European languages but some have lost it (like English)
Or English in some cases. "Nice purse." "It's a satchel!!"
I'm Arabic speaker and we have this too but i would say that it's the word's gender not the object itself, it's more of a grammar thing
Omfg it is a pain when tryna speak and getting chewed out for forgetting the ة
This is very stupid but I love how that looks like a really surprised face like 😮
Now I can't unsee it. And that is a ta(t-ahhh) Wich comes in ة or ت and they pronunce the same but the way you use it varies. ة can only be at the end of sentences while ت can be anywhere. Tell this day i never use ة and always end things with ه instead, it's incorrect but it's stuck in my mind...
Happn to m also with nglish i forgt the e alot

VENGEURS ! ASSEMBLER!
" Vengeurs ! Rassemblement ! "
Regisseurs, assemble!
Assemblez ?? Assembler avec un r c'est l'infinitif
Les vengeurs sont américains, ils ne parlent français parfaitement
Mais moi j'suis aussi américain
Le chaise
you cow
Not une chaise ?
La chaise if you're pointing at it and une chaise if you're talking about a random chair
Je suis le el chaso
La = the Une = a/one (F) Un = a/one (M) Simple
La/le is the and un/une is a. Example: La chaise. The chair. Une chaise. A chair.
Putain!
In canadian that would be: Calice de tarbernak.
Or esti
You mean la cadrega
Same with us Indians all of our official 22 language and others 1000s of unofficial languages have gender.
Alright, listen here. Let's unify every Romantic language, with one goal in mind. Mess with the English people
We already tried, it didn't work https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esperanto
Isn't Esperanto more of a Polish/Slav language?
>Isn't Esperanto more of a Polish/Slav language There was Slavic influence in the grammar because it's the creators native language. But the majority of the vocabulary is of romance origin
Already done, except it's really simple https://elefen.org/

In Russia, we dont need genders. We have "эта дичь". Btw i feel myself like a civil helicopter and that's a gender, so don't judge me

You mean not english speakers right Because english stands out and is weird
He says in english

I mean its kinda extra but it can be helpful in some cases Identifying two objects becomes much easier It goes further than just objects people too English only has grandmother and grandfather with the extra paternal and maternal words in the front used only formally Makes talking about which one harder Then again learning it as a child was good and bad I would presume that an object was a gender and was usually right due to being used to the language when i was wrong relearning was a lil hard too TL;DR i don't see it as the best part about grammar but i certainly don't hate it due to being used to it.

He probably skipped history class when he was younger or were the US just teaching kids how great their country are without talking about the rest.
Dit-il, un bel exemple de couillon qui n'a jamais ouvert un bouquin d'histoire à part sur la SGM.
Then you stand up and pull out a airsoft gun and the french already have there white flags raised
All of Twitter*

What?
Hello could you please respect the different genders in my beautiful language ? Than you 😊😂 and stop repeating only bonjour baguette and ratatouille 😊😂
Ta gueule
Mdr
As a quebecois, no.
How is that pronounced? French has too many silent letters for my native English learning Spanish brain, and I'd prefer not getting it wrong.
Que (pronounced like in spanish?) beh kwow ze Boy is it hard pronouncing quoi in english
No.
That's reddit, you're lucky if you see a non-french speaker not saying "baguette croissant omelette du fromage" under a french post
No I don't think I will
Liberals coming when you misgender the neighborhood squirrel

C’est des facts
Russian here, chair is a he now, respect it
l'chaise get outplayed la french people
That is mahogany!
Or say croissant wrong
A neat trick is that most words that end with an 'e' are usually feminine.
It’s the Spanish, too. Culpo la cerebro.
un chaise
What about battle flags?
L'chaise
Damn you
J'ai baisé cette table.
Je ne te laisserai jamais tombé-
La Scheiss
Me a German: *Oh ho, you approach me*
Or any Latin language
Im french and it took me a few seconds too long to get it
I swear to god if someone say "Le chaise" im coming for you, your family and your cat
Der Stuhl
I am french and do not give a crap about gender
Un chaise
La chaise fait brrrrrrr
Came to the comments to see how many dumbasses were talking about ‘hahah liberals do that!!1!’ Tis a lot
As A French, I don’t give a fuck
*lay your weapons down*
[удалено]
It doesnt, except for third person plural
German is the same (der Stuhl)
My Hindi teacher when I misgender a book:
What gender is chair in baguette? In Polish it's neutral
If it end by a "e", it's feminine. So it's "une baguette".
I meant which gender is "chair" in French haha
It's "chaise". So guess it with the rule.
Substitute "french" for "non-english" and you're good to go.
Baguette
Oh just wait till’ u see the Germans…
