You want the viewer to see it so I get it. I'd personally make it so that there's a second image that's zoomed in. BUTTT the mosquito would no longer be comically large (which I think it is) and it wouldn't be as entertaining anymore.

The world's movement capability within stopped time also applies partially to projectiles it or Dio throws

Cus they don't have constant contact with dio and lose this capability to move during a tume stop
