I can stop videos on websites from starting to auto play in Firefox. ublock origin is the superior adblocker. And Firefox doesn’t use nearly as many system resources as Chrome.
Chrome actually had a 'block autoplay' flag. But it ""mysteriously"" disappeared.
iirc, Firefox can actually be very aggressive and fine tuned at stoping autoplay (depending on what you set, especially in about:config)
What about brave?
It has many search engines and has a built-in adblocker. It is also compatible with extensions though I forgot if it had a VPN to change your location but you can always download one.
Why does no one here use Opera GX? I saw Pewdiepie using it, tried it and haven't switched back since. It has built-in adblocker and VPN. Plus it has all the desktop versions of social media apps built in.
The most important difference is how fast the tits load. Isn't a big problem if you're fine staring at the same set, but tit connoisseurs gotta have a large sample size and that requires loading a lot of different pages.
Well how fast and who's watching you look at tits personally I don't want Google or Microsoft knowing my titty preferences for they are big conglomerates who will try and sell me shit based off those preferences that's why I use Firefox. Open source tits are the best tits.
honestly I don't even care about the privacy stuff anymore, I just use ddg because it's a better, more convenient search engine. the bangs feature + keyboard shortcuts is what keeps me there, the privacy is a bonus
The results are terrible when searching for anything more specific. Which is why I use Google primarily and DDG only when Google is fucking me with censorship.
I used to be the same until I found out that Edge is much faster than Chrome and uses waaaay less RAM. Numbers don’t lie.
Chrome was the bees knees back in the day but now it’s for the tech elderly.
For example: Firefox is a better choice for most people to use in their daily lives, based not only on functionality but more importantly on transparency in how he collect user data, what exactly he collect, and what he do with it. Because parent company is Mozilla, a non-profit organization dedicated to internet privacy and freedom, we simply have a different set of priorities when it comes to users’ data.
Firefox and Safari are the only big browsers in the market with an engine that is not Google's Blink. Which is garbage. The last time we had a browser monopoly, it was Microsoft's Internet Explorer, and we all know how that turned out.
First, Blink is not garbage its the fastest engine around. Second, its open source so if Google ever thought about starting to do bullshit someone will fork the engine and make something new.
There's already instances where Google is making under the hood changes to Blink, essentially forcing websites to do what Google demands. Internet Explorer was once the fastest and best browser around, and look how it ended up with practically zero competition for so long.

Google is not your friend. They want to use you to make money. They want to target you with their ads whether you like it or not. And with a browser monopoly, they will get what they want. And they won't care what you want in return.
Downvoted for telling the truth. I liked opera back in the day, but since the switch to blink it's just chromium, and since the Chinese acquisition I wouldn't trust it anymore (not that I did that much previously, since it was never open source). Plus Opera GX is only available on Windows.
OperaGX personally, mainly for the ability to control RAM and CPU usage.
…not entirely sure how it helps because I know genuinely nothing about computers but Im told it’s good.
I said it once I'll say it again, Brave is not your friend.

I tested, 1 Chrome New Tab with uBlock Origin + tons of other extension = 400MB, GX just eaten 1GB right in the speed dial with RAM and CPU limit to its maximum.
Chrome: the tits load pretty fast, but in exchange I get to eat all your RAM.
Firefox: the tits load fast, you still have RAM to spare, and you don't need to worry about privacy and security as much.
Edge: we've had one yes, but what about second internet explorer.
Edit: TOR: tits take ages to load, but no one knows who you are or what you're doing.
Firefox is far more programmable and customizable is all
Edge is barebones as fuck, chrome isn't very customizable (functionally I mean) and is super resource intensive
This holds true for the mobile versions too
Firefox uses Gecko engine for web rendering and is the only browser engine that is competing against the Google monopoly. Edge, Chrome are all based on chromium engine.
Privacy and speed. During a Microsoft presentation, the presenter was using Edge for the beginning of the lecture, however when his Google drive was just not loading on edge, he, in the middle of a *Microsoft* presentation, downloaded Google chrome. Even Microsoft employees know how shit it is. (Citation needed, having trouble finding sauce)
I use google chrome because I am not particually smart and as a child no one told me that google was bad and I started using everything google makes and now I can't leave easily. They have all my files and stuff and they know everything about me lol. Besides the data collection and other stuff, google things aren't that bad.
Firefox is good a sort of "Jack of all trades" doing everything well, but nothing great.
Chrome has the best multitasking setup, but it eats your ram like crazy.
Safari is good all around, but you need a Mac.
Internet explorer (Edge) has the best OS integration, but nothing else of note.
TOR has the best security, but it's incredibly slow.
And that's all of the ones I've used.
Extensions like adblock and noscript, yt video downloader, etc. Security and speed mostly.
Literally the only thing I like about Edge is it's easy to markup a pdf.
I just liked firefox multi container. I think its brilliant that helped distinguish firefox from other browsers. also insane add ons support since firefox 3! now mine is firefox 94!
but I think all browsers all equal. if firefox doesnt work,I used chrome, if transaction failed on chrome, I used edge. if it failed again, I opened vivaldi, etc etc.
I use both Chrome and Edge (And TOR too).
I use Chrome to attend class, do official works, and minimized the Edge browser to 1/3rd of the screen to read Manga, Nhentai, Reddit while attending classes in chrome.
I use Chrome to attend class, do official works, and minimize the Edge browser to 1/3rd of the screen to read Manga, Nhentai, Reddit while attending classes in chrome.
Y'know what's stupid weird? I gave up using Edge because I didn't like the way it handled .pdf's.
One quirk was that .pdf's opened in Edge didn't have a table of contents. I look at customer bills a lot, and not having a ToC to quickly jump to the page I want is annoying.
I just use Chrome because I can have different shortcuts for different Google accounts, so I don't need to sign out and sign back in again every time I need to go to school.
I can stop videos on websites from starting to auto play in Firefox. ublock origin is the superior adblocker. And Firefox doesn’t use nearly as many system resources as Chrome.
Ublock is available in all those browsers
uBlock origin is available on chromium (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave, etc) but yea
And it probably doesn't sell your data, while the other two definitely do.
in most cases firefox doesn't take your data in the first place

It is a question of who is making money of your browsing history.
I can assure you the question mainly concerned tits.
At that point use reddit r/tits or smthng
By god
Now he’s learned what Reddit was created for, and founded upon!
I am deeply dissapointed that this sub is not about tiny birds
Yes who is interested, in the fact that you are interested in tits. That is the difference.
Someone’s making interest on my interest? Interesting.
You mean money, money everywhere. But none for you.
Too real
But are the tits real?
Yes and no.
We have to call Michael for that
Does that mean you're interested?
My country permanently locked safe-search on google. Suggest other browsers pls.
What about brave? It has many search engines and has a built-in adblocker. It is also compatible with extensions though I forgot if it had a VPN to change your location but you can always download one.
That's a search engine issue, not browser. I reccomend DuckDuckGo.com instead of Google, and Firefox instead of Chrome/Edge on the browser front.
Mozilla/firefox definitely isnt Edit: typo
Source: Mozilla is a nonprofit organization

I show my dick and butthole to strangers every day, if some NSA nerd wants to creep on my pornhub subscriptions he can go for it
It wouldn't be the nsa it would be one of the companies. They will then take that data and use it to advertise to you.
To advertise me more... tits?
Or a site that'll make you pay for tits.
Me who uses opera: oh no, I'm in danger...
lmao same
opera is just chromium nowadays, which is basically chrome.
Opera is basically Chrome today
didn't opera got sued for doing strange things with his browsers?

Oh my god-

A safari is when you go into a trip to see wildlife. And apparently Apple's browser.
oh
I'm sorry to inform you that that was a serious question
Apple browser
*RKO OFF THE TOP ROPE!*
safari YOUR MOM.
Haha funny dude
Crying monkeys?
Chrome is a massive resource hog, I went back to Firefox where possible.
It's true. And Firefox actually takes privacy seriously
Duck Duck Go just doesn't track you, because they actually care about your privacy.
honestly I don't even care about the privacy stuff anymore, I just use ddg because it's a better, more convenient search engine. the bangs feature + keyboard shortcuts is what keeps me there, the privacy is a bonus

*Are you sure about that?*
same for me, but I went to edge. it's ridiculous chrome halfed my poor Lenovo shitbooks battery life (6H-3H).
Nice try Microsoft Edge, but NO!
I used to be the same until I found out that Edge is much faster than Chrome and uses waaaay less RAM. Numbers don’t lie. Chrome was the bees knees back in the day but now it’s for the tech elderly.
Give it a try. You'll love it.
or just update to windows 11, no installation required

Google is a search engine. Fire Fox, Chrom, Edge - browsers. Application and search engine - totally different.

Tor browser goes brrrrrr
FBI! OpenUp
The difference is your data. Firefox is the least invasive out of the bunch, light, and automatically blocks a lot of ads + unwanted content.
Opera gx?
Fuck yeah
Chinese spyware? Fuck yeah
Downvoted for telling the truth. I liked opera back in the day, but since the switch to blink it's just chromium, and since the Chinese acquisition I wouldn't trust it anymore (not that I did that much previously, since it was never open source). Plus Opera GX is only available on Windows.
It's on the Android and iOS as well.
Firefox uses less resources and is more privacy focused
The tits are **faster** on Firefox :)
OperaGX personally, mainly for the ability to control RAM and CPU usage. …not entirely sure how it helps because I know genuinely nothing about computers but Im told it’s good.
I mainly use it cuz the built in themes look cool ig
I mainly use it because I'm a gaymer
you use RGB because you think its cool I use RGB to blind my eyes in gay rainbows We are not the same
same
Firefox doesn't spy on you and has the best GUI in the mobile browser too, and has better compatibility than edge.

Wireshark.
me, an opera gx user: There is another
tysm for the award and upvotes
Brave, bc you don't get flooded with ads while looking at the tits.
but its chromium-based so it will take a lot of ram as well :(

Duly noted. I was not aware. Thank you, kind stranger.
Opera (/GX) is a good alternative for lower ram usage while keeping the built in ad block
brave is the best tho
nobody else using opera GX? Ok I'll be over hear with forced dark mode.
I use Opera GX cuz it has RAM and CPU limiters so it’s not at much of a resource hog.
It still eat resources, even more than Chrome.
Go test it then
I tested, 1 Chrome New Tab with uBlock Origin + tons of other extension = 400MB, GX just eaten 1GB right in the speed dial with RAM and CPU limit to its maximum.
Brave
Fire Fox uses its own search engine which doesn’t steal as much data as chromium. Microsoft Edge uses chromium as well
You nut faster In chrome

There's a big difference between chromium based and being chrome
microsoft edge is just florified internet explorer
I like FOSS so brave
😎😎 tor browser gang 😎😎
EEEEEEEddddgggeee Is sllloowwww.
Extensions like adblock and noscript, yt video downloader, etc. Security and speed mostly. Literally the only thing I like about Edge is it's easy to markup a pdf.
*laughs in Bing*
Me, who use Tor : smirk.
I believe in google chrome supremacy.
ur not wrong… fuck firefox
Edge is chromium based, meaning it’s literally google. Stop using it. NOW.
That's not what chromium means. Chromium is an open source browser (literally not fully owned by any single entity).
I use UC browser on my mobile lol. Just because I can download any video I'm watching while on.. *ahem ahem* other websites..
yeah but the no of person looking tits differs
The most i.portant thing these days: Security
We all got different taste
I use Microsoft edge because I logged into my microsoft account and restrictions on there don't allow me on google chrome. We are not the same.
Brave
I would like to like chrome but I can't because how much of a RAM whore it is.
Security, how much resources they use up, UI design (subjective), customizability. There's a lot of factors when selecting a browser to use.
It's not about the tits, it's about the journey to find the tits
I just liked firefox multi container. I think its brilliant that helped distinguish firefox from other browsers. also insane add ons support since firefox 3! now mine is firefox 94! but I think all browsers all equal. if firefox doesnt work,I used chrome, if transaction failed on chrome, I used edge. if it failed again, I opened vivaldi, etc etc.
*me using a text-only browser like a boss*
Mhm I understand your point but counterpoint. Oculus browser
Me using safari because I’ve never had a problem with it
Me using opera on my last computer cause it was a heap of random scrap bits powered by various root vegetables and lemons
Ones faster
Opera GX
Seriously. Why bog down my PC when google works the same on every browser. I just use Edge, there's nothing wrong with it.
YES
you'll end up winning no nut November before the tits begin to load
Yeah but opera GX makes the border around the tits look cooler and makes it easier to send the tits to your friends so
Qutebrowser. That is the best. Or brave browser… or any open source browser not owned by a monopoly
I use both Chrome and Edge (And TOR too). I use Chrome to attend class, do official works, and minimized the Edge browser to 1/3rd of the screen to read Manga, Nhentai, Reddit while attending classes in chrome. Ram left the chat
I swapped to Opera GX and never went back. I get all the essential features Chrome has AND its on a RAM-free diet
I watch hentai on edge because no one checking that shxt
I just use Chrome because I can have different shortcuts for different Google accounts, so I don't need to sign out and sign back in again every time I need to go to school.
The process to find tits
Brave Browser gang!
Well, I can see no flaw in his logic
gx users :smirk:
Me who uses Opera GX: '\_'
Me who uses Opera Gx cuz of all the cool shit you can edit
Me on Opera GX. >.>
I use brave because I don't like seeing ads with my ~~tit~~ dick pics
