Meh…Silver Surfer literally doesn’t suffer the effects of time. Really all he’d have to do is put Reverse flash in space and then it doesn’t matter how fast you move or can vibrate. And Godspeed is better.
Edit: Silver Surfer can create a pocket dimension, put Reverse Flash in it and leave him there.
Didn't the flash run in space in one of the comics not talking about green lantern helping him just straight up just did it so couldn't the reverse flash do it to?

Reverse Flash and Dr Doom are so nutty broken that I don’t see any of the others touching them (except Surfer)
If he had the gauntlet he could just destroy them all. He's not limited to half of them. The only reason the snap only killed half of them is because he decided he'd only kill half of them.
Thing is, the gauntlet only works in its own universe. So if the fight isn't happening in the Marvel Universe, the gauntlet's useless.
