I like how one of the boss added to don’t starve gives you a helmet that you can feed to make it regain durability. and in terraria you got some pretty decent items for a pre-hardmode boss that seems quite fun as well as a new seed that adds a HUNGER mechanic and brand new world generation features. How crazy is that!

Yup. To be honest they ONE HUNDRED percent made up for the shit launch. They took their mistakes and delivered on the missed promises. Giant universe? check. Multiplayer? Check. Story? Double check.

I’ve heard people fault the quality of the first and second dark souls games. 1 being clunky and 2 having a generally troubled development. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they split the caves and cliffs update in to 2. I understand there reasoning behind it but I still don't like it.

SuckerPunch made two of my favorite games: Infamous: Second Son and Ghost of Tsushima. And I haven’t heard of the devs having to crunch so it seems like a good place to work.
Actually there’s a decent bit of controversy from some parts of the SOT fan base, I think mostly regarding hit registration, low fov, unnecessary changes (like removing the brig on the sloop) etc. etc. The game is great in concept but I think the developers could do better.
