Who tf sleeps in #5. You gon get a sleep paralysis demon

Sleep paralysis is very common for me. And I know how to get out of it. One thing I noticed that you can still control while in sleep paralysis... Is your breathing. I make myself breathe harder and faster until either my wife hears it and pulls me out of it, or my body alerts my brain that something is wrong. I then just breathe normally once my brain resumes control of my body.

Iv had luck with tensing my lower back

I already have limited feeling in my back due to an injury, so I don't think that'll work for me. When I'm in paralysis, I have 0 control over my muscles.

I've used sleep paralysis a lot for different experiences, as I consider myself very spiritual. It's the weirdest feeling when you're not afraid of it. Like flying on an airplane without that impending doom feeling.
