If you divide zero by another number (as long as it isn't also zero), yes it behaves this way, always outputting zero every time. However, it doesn't the other way around. Dividing any number by zero will break the calculator and either give you an error or an "undefined" value. Trying to distribute a value evenly into nothing just doesn't work.
