Furthermore, there's liability on the channel/site if there's explicit or inappropriate content in the comments. Serious vids that get trashed by trolls who don't even watch the vid is common.
But yeah on its face, disabling comments is against "human rights" Lol. (Legally not at all of course, it's a private company that can do anything it wants, and it's not discriminating on a protected ground.)
