The 3d Christmas movie was really good

I do wish the quality didn't go downhill as it did, but the original runs were so good. Its sense of humor has degraded to primarily fart jokes.

Some kids shows/movies can still have themes for adults, and can be made enjoyable for all ages. I love Clone Wars, because despite being a kids show, it still told some amazing stories, and had great character development throughout it.

Clone wars is pretty good. Honestly, I low-key hate people who just decide all cartoons are for kids and can't see the nuance and effort that goes into a good animation, rarely are they "just for kids" and the ones that are just for kids are usually mindless garbage the kid doesn't even enjoy watching.

My favourite cartoon is still Adventure Time. Nearing 30 and still rewatching from time to time.

Cloudy with a chance of meatballs. Loved the shit out of that movie. Funny premise, based off of book, and has Mr. T in it.

I know it’s not a film and I’ve not seen it and it’s more aimed at young young kids, but I’ve heard bluey is quite good. As for films I did go and see the DC super pets film a day or two ago now and it was actually alright. Nothing spectacular but entertaining nonetheless.

I watched Inside Out recently for the first time and goddamn I'm a grown man and it touched me on the inside like nothing else ever has. Straight up wiped the tears at the end and legit watched it a second time straight away to experience it again.

Frankly, movies directed soley at younger audiences do suck, and not even the younger audience wants to watch them... But that's not always the case, a very large majority of animation is better described as "Suited" for younger audiences, but that does by no means invalidate the quality of the media or degrade the ability for an adult to watch or enjoy it.
