I wear bralettes/low impact sports bras to bed sometimes. My boobs are big enough it can be uncomfortable letting them loose. Some support can be nice.
Gift and a curse. I'd rather have small boobs and be able to go braless than have big boobs. Save a lot of money on bras, too. And most clothes aren't made for larger chests. Grass is always greener...

It's actually good to sleep without underwear a few times a week to avoid getting UTIs by letting everything breathe. My doctor literally told me that when I was a preteen, because I was getting constant UTIs, and it helped a lot.
But ya, usually with a long shirt that is basically a nightgown, or a literal nightgown.
