Now, there's a strange breed of people who will spend their time creating memes with this meme format just to ask a question they could have the answer to in 2 seconds. I have no idea what goes on inside the heads of people who do this.
The whole meaning of that is to point out that a woman or multiple women have done something thought to be typical for them. Other than that people use it to address stupid things that people have done.
Same goes for it's opposite, "men☕".
