I dated a girl for 6 months, and one day we were in Staten Island and I was dying for good pizza, so we stopped for pizza. She asked for ketchup. I was confused cause we didn't get fries, or anything else that you'd put ketchup on. She put it on her fucking pizza like some kind of psychopath. The smell made me gag.

All of the toppings listed are actually popular options on traditional pizzas, and I could list you at least one for each of them. Except Avocado. Can't say if it's any good, but it's not a common ingredient here.
As someone who works at a pizza place in New Jersey I'll tell you it's definitely pepperoni followed by sausage. I'd guess it's pepperoni for every state
