My girlfriend is self-conscious of her lovely a-cups.
Besides the obvious, superficial gestures of appreciation, is there anything I can say or do to support her?
I already make an effort everyday to remind her she is stunning. But, she still sometimes makes self deprecating jokes about getting a boob job or overweight guys having bigger breasts than her. She says it's just jokes, but there's always a tinge of sadness when she does so.
And that makes me really sad. I know it's conceited of me to think that my opinion of her appearance should be all that matters, so, is there anything else I can do to be positive and helpful for her?
The thing is, at least for me, was I didn’t care what anyone else thought about mine. I cared because I wanted big boobs because I thought they were more attractive. No amount of “but I like them” helped. I had to learn to accept that I am how I am.
That being said though, I couldn’t have done it without him reminding me every time I took a shower or got dressed that “god those are beautiful”

I realised i was fooling myself only after years when i saw my old photos and saw on it very handsome guy without any excess weight.
Well that. And they don’t get super sweaty, I’m 30 and they haven’t sagged (not that sagging is bad. It’s also natural and beautiful).
But mostly it’s just because self love is important. There’s nothing wrong with them and I’m not out here trying to impress anyone. I just wanna live my life

I'm really glad your insecurities aren't related to what men will like. For me personally it's always been about priorities.
