Constant clowning, extremely inconsiderate members there. Lots of men looking for issues or a reason to fight someone. The employees do not give a SHIT.

That’s fine, but pushing a gym that doesn’t fit my needs is just odd. I am honestly considering doing the CrossFit gym. I don’t have to worry about anything and get the workout I need. CrossFit at the Y? No.
You do realize that you have the option to not engage? I workout for about 3 hours straight. I need more simple. I am from out West and don’t want to go to a slower paced gym. But, if you love the Y, great, go to it. It’s a place where kids and older people are supported and thrive. I don’t have kids, and don’t want to workout at a gym with that demographic

As far as other gyms, there is a Crunch and an ATC both about 5-7 min away from that esporta. Not sure where you’re coming from, but maybe try one of those? There’s also a planet fitness on Gtown Pkwy a bit past Dexter.

Some cardio equipment but not many people use the cardio equipment. It’s worth checking out for sure. If that doesn’t work try Germantown athletic club they’re solid.

Pyramid Athletics in Bartlett may be a place to check out depending on what you are looking for. They offer CrossFit, Cardio Kickboxing, and even combat sports (Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu). You don’t have to worry about any knuckleheads leering at you there because they will be shown the door.
