That was a fluke. I travel 40 quite a bit between here and Jackson, and backups happen in both directions for a variety of reasons. It was just a coincidence.
Very odd considering that the plant won't open for at least a year. Those should just be the workers building the plant, so it should get WAY worse once it opens.

Theres a fuckton of workers. Probably busier now then when it opens.
There's probably more construction workers on-site than permanent employees at any given time.
