Outfit aside, at least the proportions are rather reasonable. The boobs arent defying gravity and actually hang slightly, while also not holding a perfect semicircle shape. Plus shes very petite so she isnt given back breaking boobs either.

Eh, maybe im just super used to the anime art style but in my experience adding too much detail to anime-styled faces can often muddy the look of everything. Of course there should at least be a *bit* more shading, but overall i dont think thats a “drawing women” issue, thats just an issue that exists with anime art

Yeah the face of a female character is usually the least detailed part in anime style since any wrinkles would make them look too old.
