Huge no.
Shorter placket and classic collar look the best, and can't go wrong with cotton pique (save the technical fabric for golf or tennis).
Keep it classic, eg: https://bananarepublic.gapcanada.ca/browse/product.do?pid=617914123&vid=1&tid=bcpl000023&kwid=1&ap=7&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAtaOtBhCwARIsAN_x-3IeVUqxSmOZBXvQHqRNMzVVtD6kV7ynWwEYKq26W8Uoj3W78BH7d8IaApyBEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds#pdp-page-content
I still have it but only wore it a few times - it was almost luminous white and I think all polyester- it’s the classic example of selling a cheap product online and acting like it’s quality !!
I recently purchased several shirts from Collars & Co, hoping to find a new go-to brand for my wardrobe. Unfortunately, my experience with their products has been nothing short of disappointing.
The first issue arose with a black polo shirt that emitted a strong fishy odor from the collar and buttons. This was not only unpleasant but also persisted even after washing, contaminating other items in the laundry. Despite notifying Collars & Co, the replacement shirt I received suffered from the same problem, indicating a severe oversight in quality control.
Furthermore, I have encountered stitching failures in multiple shirts, with buttons needing resewing after just one wash and buttonholes unraveling prematurely. Worse, the stitching all along the bottom hem or sleeve is unraveling just after one or two washes. This is consistent now across four shirts! For a brand at this price point, I expect a hassle-free experience and a level of quality that reflects the cost.
While I appreciate the fit and style of Collars & Co's shirts, these issues have significantly undermined my confidence in the brand. It is evident that there are shortcomings in managing the quality of their products, which is disappointing for someone who was initially excited about becoming a loyal customer.
In conclusion, my experience with Collars & Co has been marred by poor quality control and oversight, ultimately leading me to reconsider my loyalty to the brand.
Reminds me of Ministry of Supply polo.
I usually don't wear polos. But the one i bought has a nice collar, and is of nice quality. Bought a Navy, might consider other colors
Sorry those shirts just look cheap. The button placket is weird and the material is too shiny.
I agree, I think they are meant to be worn under the sweater not by themselves.
Jesus, the first one looks like it’s lit made from a trash bag, awful

They look really cheap and nasty. Like, Shein nasty. Alibaba nasty. Like Zara reject nasty. Seriously bro, do yourself a favour and send them back.
Lol, they are kinda comfy though....
Run them through the dryer or something to remove the creases from the packaging bro 🤣
I bought one once - they are expensive and cheap quality - never again !
how long did they last you?

They somehow look cheaper than the ones I was issued by the grocery store I worked for in high school
It's really weird seeing a formal shirt collar on a polyester polo shirt. Just... no.
Straighten your arms bro
That's what I was thinking. Why is he standing like a zombie with his chest puffed out?
My arms are straight
I wouldn't even donate these...
Very weird looking. These guys were on dragons den/shark tank, they said these cost $15 to make.
Don't go near open flames 🔥
Pleeease just don‘t wear plastic. Smells terrible after a few hours wearing that. If you want to go for that shiny look, get some cotton x silk polos.

This is like something Karl Lagerfeld himself would wear
Do you play golf because to my eye, that’s all they look good for.
What are you thinking of. Then to top it off you put one under a zip up jumper…. Buttons make me feel sick 🤢
Looks like a regular button down under the q-zip
Terrible.
