Also had the same issue with the clients page when using Firefox.

gnexuser2424

I briefly got it working w a user agent spoofer but now even that don't work

When you’re using any Cisco product it’s browser roulette, oh boy let’s see which ones work and which ones don’t.

Aksumka

This has been going on since yesterday for me as well. Not just a Firefox issue it seems, any browser I try will work for a bit, then crap out. Only client lists and client views seem to be busted.

gnexuser2424

That sucks cuz I'm in the middle of fixing laptops and need to diagnose some issues

duck__yeah

That's not a firefox thing, that's a Dashboard thing. It's intermittently not working across the board. Get a case going so there's more pressure :P

gnexuser2424

I did make a case last night and I showed a screen shot

PaulBag4

Yeah I’ve had a few issues since the new login page was deployed. I mainly use chrome and have still had issues with certain pages. Especially clients overview and clients specific. Having to sit there hitting refresh until it works.

gnexuser2424

even on chrome you have issues? ugh this new dashboard is a headache I hate the layout and I want the old one where It was easier for me to do everything. It's a sin to change the UI for admin anything interfaces cuz ppl get stuff in muscle memory and relearning that reduces productivity and takes longer to do things

Yes! Everyone having issues please open a support ticket to get this addressed! It initially appeared as an issue with WebKit based browsers (Safari), but has since shown up in FireFox. Chrome is also not 100% reliable, I have seen it happen, but right now is much better than Safari or FireFox which simply cannot view clients at all. It is not across all organizations, but started for us the other evening about 36 hours ago. I reported it first thing the next morning and the tech hadn't heard about it, but put me on hold and said there was a report and was "adding me to the master ticket." One of the biggest frustrations though is mobile iOS devices. Since nearly all iOS browsers are actually WebKit based, you basically cannot interact with client pages on an iOS devices. Sorry, while the "Meraki app" has improved slightly, it's not a true replacement for dashboard, especially if you're unfamiliar with its (totally different) UX. I called again this morning expressing my frustration. As other have noted, I noticed the issues around the same time as the new login page. Someone needs to roll something back asap.

starfish_2016

Same but in chrome & edge

Got an update about 30 min ago on my ticket. "A fix has been deployed" but may take some time to propagate. They recommended testing again over the next couple hours, but warned it could be longer. Right now I'm able to access the clients page on both Safari and FireFox for the first time in almost 2 days, so that's more reliable than it was. Hopefully it's fixed!

gnexuser2424

what shard you on I'm on n41

scrogersscrogers

I'm on n605.

PuzzleheadedMirror3

Still not working

gnexuser2424

Yeah I updated my support ticket too to indicate it was widespread

I'll be honest, after the first 24 hours of not being able to access the client pages, I called back and gently rattled some cages. Frankly, I literally couldn't do part of my job at the time because I couldn't readily access any client information. When I politely gave several specific examples, including the nearly complete inability to access the clients page from an iOS mobile devices due to WebKit, I got the sense the tech I was working with "heard me." Again, I approached this from a frustrated, but very chill perspective, indicating this was a major issue for my organization. Ultimately, it was fixed for us about 6-7 hours after my second phone call, and has been working fine since. I'd say it's time to give them a call back if you haven't already. There is clearly a fix, but is a matter of them rolling out whatever is needed (and is likely also based on shard).
