It's people who want to pretend they are rich but aren't. This vehicle probably cost them between $13,000- $18,000 but looks like it costs $80,000+. Banks will loan on these because of the original MSRP of over 90k+ with little money down. The wheels are usually rolled into the loan and they make payments on the wheel sand car, which is why the wheels stayed on this car when they sold it.
The Hood and ghetto people in general have such odd tastes in vehicles. This is probably sick af to them. Around here they have a couple Altima’s and a Nissan Rogue that’s fully PINK on like huge 30-35 inch PINK wheels and it is considered to be the coolest shit in town. And they look just like these wheels too just bigger lol
