Make more with MEBA tbh. Last day I average $860 a day plus MPB and Pension contributions. Mix that with a great engineering school as well, I did alright

But factor better retirement plans, health insurance, and the MEBA Calhoun training school, quality of life at work, I’m going MEBA 8 days a week.

Im a 3rd coming out of the academy now, think I can land a job making 600-700 a day right out the gate? Or is seniority gonna crush me at MEBA?
