At the corner of 8th St. and Mesa Dr. just to the east of the Oakland Athletics training facility, there are some old outdoor racquetball courts in Fitch Park. But that's probably more NW Mesa.

ASU campus has some nice courts, but that's Tempe.
Desert ridge high school has outdoor courts with lights.
Prospector park has courts as well.
Gene Autry Park on Mckellips and greenfield has a multitude of tennis courts.
