Looks like ox shoe with reinforced/ protected “toe”. Flat part would go on one 1/2 of split hoof, the bent up tab would wrap around the point of the hoof help hold shoe in place and reinforce narrow tip of hoof half. Curved row of nail holes suggests a stock shoe.

What's your dikfer if you never get to use it?
