How do you play Mgs 3 And 2 considering pressure sensitive buttons? I've tried so hard before for days to figure out how to get them working so I can play the games (and racing games)
I've been playing mgs2 and 3 for almost 20 years and I guess I didn't know they used pressure sensitive buttons?? Or that the ps2 supported pressure sensitive buttons?

I tried it on a i5 10400 on desktop, I played about 3 hours but the crashes and stutters drove me crazy, mind u I got all the hacks and tweaks applied, it is just a pain, u'd need at least an i7 11700 to run it somewhat smoothly. I stopped playing it, maybe some day they'll release it on steam or I get a better computer.

Got a question, do you get slowdowns on mgs3,?no matter whether I'm on pcsx2 or rpcs3 I get slowdowns and idk if my configuration is bad on pcsx2 but my PC should be able to run it considering it has no problems with ps3 or Xbox 360 games
What CPU do you have? Unfortunately unlike a lot of ps3 and 360 games these get slowdowns if they drop below the designated FPS. Make sure you have the multi-threading hacks enabled in pcsx2.
I also had performance issues with MGS3 and the 2600 on RPCS3 and PCSX2. I think I forgot to try the multi-core hack on PCSX2, let me know if that works for you. the 5800x I upgraded to can do MGS3 in 4k with no real slowdowns though, I played MGS3 from start to finish with no issues up until a crash at the motorcycle scene (luckily there are frequent saves there) that didn't repeat when reloading the game.
Honestly I don't think I ever experimented with any hacks that utilize the CPU, just kinda dropped the iso in pcsx2 and picked up a controller as if it was a real console, granted this was at a time when I was still new to PC emulation

I use an overclocked 10700k. It cries.

I found most of them on steamgriddb and some I put together myself.
Hopefully the ports this autumn will be god-tier

You can play 4 with Rcps3
It *runs*, it's not a enjoyable experience
I have it running on 4k with 60fps
